ABOUT
Clarity in Movement. Strength in Simplicity.
Parza Pilates was created as a space for clarity, strength, and genuine connection. The name Parza, meaning “clear” or “simple” in Armenian, reflects our belief in intentional movement and a straightforward approach to well-being.
Founded by two sisters during a challenging post-pandemic period, Parza began as a personal Pilates practice that brought balance, focus, and resilience into their daily lives. That experience inspired the creation of a studio where others could access the same sense of grounding through movement.
Today, Parza Pilates offers a calm, supportive environment focused on strength, alignment, and mindful practice. Each class is designed to help members move with purpose, build stability, and leave feeling clearer — both physically and mentally.

About Red Light
Red and near-infrared light have been studied for their ability to penetrate skin and underlying tissues and interact with cellular energy pathways, particularly within mitochondria. Peer-reviewed research suggests these wavelengths may support tissue repair, circulation, and recovery processes by increasing cellular energy availability and modulating inflammatory responses. Studies in wound healing and muscle tissue show associations with faster tissue recovery, reduced inflammation, and improved cellular function.
While individual responses vary and this is not a medical treatment, incorporating red light or near infrared light after movement is intended to boost Pilates benefits and post-exercise recovery and overall tissue health.
