Our Classes

Every class will conclude under 100% blue light blocking Red Lights (630nm) to promote deeper relaxation and recovery. This experience is wellness-focused and not intended as medical treatment.

Introduction

You will be introduced to the basics of Pilates and its core principles through experiencing controlled flow synchronized with correct breathwork, precision, mind and body connection, as well as learn the equipment and terminology. This class is a great first step to start the foundation of your new wellness journey with Pilates in our uniquely designed enchanting studio.

Fluid Control

Practice full body workout with Pilates core principles - centering, control, flow, breath, precision - building core strength, stability, alignment and flexibility. Starting with gentle stretches (reformer, mat, springboard) you will be warmed up to progress to more engaging exercises focusing on core engagement, posture, controlled movements, and balance. The classes conclude with stretches performed under calming red lighting (630nm).

Stretch Flow & Restore

Designed to rejuvenate the body, these low-impact sessions prioritize mobility, muscle repair, and relaxation, through gentle and intentional stretches. These slow paced, controlled, mindful fluid movements and breathwork are to release muscle tension, promote recovery, improve joint mobility, and build body awareness and flexibility. These sessions are perfect counterbalance to long periods of sitting at a desk, high intensity workouts, as well as great for beginners, seniors, and general stress relief.

Cardio Flow

This high energy and fast tempo class is a fusion of traditional Pilates and heart pumping benefits of aerobics. The horizontal jump sequences with alternating leg patterns against the jumpboard and spring resistance provide perfect balance of high intensity, extra core engagement, and toning, while maintaining controlled form and having minimal stress on your joints and ankles. These classes will leave you sweaty and energized.


While we have a beginner level of the class, it is highly recommended to be familiar with regular flow classes and reformers before taking the class.

Flow + Infrared Treat

This specialty class combines our Control Flow and Stretch Flow & Restore classes with a short session of red-and-near-infrared light exposure. You will get the benefits of our standard Pilates classes building strength, control, mind and body connection, mobility and alignment, along with the benefits of infrared light mat improving blood circulation and recovery.  You will rest comfortably for an additional 10 minutes, while the red-light therapy mat delivers 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light treat to your body. This experience is wellness-focused and not intended as medical treatment.
